Our Cancellation policies are here to assist
For a refund you must provide at least 24 hour notice before no show. If you are giving notice under the 24 hour mark then you have a choice to reschedule. You have 24 hours after your originally scheduled appointment to reschedule. If you do not reschedule within the allotted time then you will not be refunded and forfeit the original payment.
Unveiling our Payment policies
Payment must be processed before your scheduled appointment or no later than 1 hour before your scheduled appointment. If payment is not received within 59 minutes or less of your scheduled appointment then you may lose your appointment slot which would be at the host’s discretion.
